“Ik heb in 1995 mijn diploma Osteopathie D.O. behaald. De zesjarige opleiding heb ik gevolgd in Antwerpen aan het Flanders International College of Osteopathy (FICO). Deze studie heb ik afgesloten met een openbare thesisverdediging voor een internationale jury in de British School of Osteopathy (nu: University College of Osteopathy) in Londen. In deze thesis ga ik in op het verband tussen scoliose (afwijking wervelkolom) en geboortetrauma (Summary thesis). Mijn vooropleiding Fysiotherapie heb ik gevolgd in Amsterdam, waarna ik Manuele Therapie in Utrecht heb gestudeerd. Hier werd mijn interesse gewekt voor Osteopathie.
In 1989 ben ik met een eigen praktijk gestart in Amsterdam. Van het begin af aan heb ik mij geheel toegelegd op de manuele geneeskunde. Vanaf mijn afstuderen in 1995 pas ik uitsluitend Osteopathie toe. Sinds 2001 is de praktijk gevestigd in Amstelveen.”
